2025 K-DOCS FESTIVAL

The 2025 K-DOCS FESTIVAL celebrates its fourth year as a dedicated platform that supports original and competitive feature length documentary and nonfiction projects. It aims to revitalize the documentary industry and strengthen the production environment.

The pitch program, held annually since 2022, will once again be organized in collaboration with a variety of documentary institutions from Korea and abroad. It offers tailored production support across each stage of the filmmaking process, from planning and development to post-production. 

The pitch event provides valuable opportunities for networking with professionals from the global documentary sector. 

It is open to industry badge holders, with simultaneous interpretation available in Korean and English. 

This year, the festival introduces a new addition, Special Screening, which is open to the general public. This program extends the event beyond the industry and offers a chance for wider audiences to engage with Korean documentaries. Over the course of three days, one film will be screened each day, including past selections from K-DOCS. 

All films will be presented with English subtitles, while Q&A sessions after the screening will be conducted in Korean.
