This project tells the story of passionate young local creators who uncover hidden spaces—often absent from social media and maps—yet rich with authentic regional character, and transform them into vibrant hotspots.

Together with regional value-based startup consultants, they explore the true potential of local development and work toward practical, tailored solutions that fit each region's unique identity.

Director's Statement

Amid growing urban concentration, Korea now faces the serious risk of regional extinction—along with rising youth unemployment, housing insecurity, high suicide rates, and increasing social isolation.

But even in the face of these challenges, dreams cannot be abandoned.

In response, young local creators are building hometown-like spaces—places where people can rest when they’re exhausted, and freely take on new challenges, even if they fail.

Through their passion, vision, and the unique charm of each region, they are bringing new life and energy to local communities.

This is the story of local hotspots—revitalized by youth who are turning crisis into opportunity through creativity and community.
