It explores thousands of years of vegetarian traditions across six Asian nations, including Korea and India. By examining living cultural heritage like Temple Food and Ayurveda, the project uncovers timeless wisdom rooted in restraint and respect for life. Ultimately, it offers practical, sustainable solutions for a balanced lifestyle, showing how ancient Asian culinary heritage can heal both human well-being and the Earth today.
