Director’s Statement

The life and confessions of a 28-year veteran independent PD, who is both a director and the father of an 11-year-old son, reveal the fundamental severity of the issues faced by non-regular workers in the broadcasting industry. Through candid interviews with the director himself, fellow directors, and contract staff, the documentary exposes the harsh realities of the Korean broadcasting industry. Furthermore, it aims to raise awareness about the problems encountered by those employed as contract workers and to foster social dialogue in search of solutions.
